A little time....

It's been a little while since I've posted anything...

Beau and I now have 55 days until we're married...and don't get me wrong...I know in my heart I'm excited...but my head says OH MY GOSH!  That's not enough time to do everything we need to!!!!  We haven't gotten invites out or even picked them out!  I say we just elope. LOL!

We're in the process of buying a house in Queen Creek, Arizona.  Can I even say how stressful it has been to try and get a house closed on before I move down?  Because then I won't have a job....and even if I do get a new job with the same company, what happens then?  Will it effect our loan?

I'm almost done packing and shipping my boxes down to AZ...his parents must have a garage full of my crap by now. LOL!!!    50 or so boxes....and it only gets worse from here on out....because if I get my own house, I'll start accumulating stuff....LOL!

I still need to get my car looked at and an oil change done to it before I go.  Maybe I'll have to go do that today....cause heaven knows this week will be busy!  Monday I am headed to Stacy Vogel-Rushton's house to write up some cute notes for the Going Away/Engagement party on Friday!  We're attaching them to little bags of sour patch kids because it's a "bitter-sweet" party!  :)  Tuesday I need to do last minute packing so that Wednesday after work I can ship everything.  Thursday is the last minute party stuff, getting my hair done by Shannin and possibly picking up Beau from the airport that night.  Friday I will be at work until noon/1pm because I took a half day and they wanted to throw me a going away potluck.  After that I will be headed home to pack up the car...then the party is at 6:30 and then Beau and I stay in Seattle that night.  The next morning we'll meet up with Grams and Grandpa, Karen and Dad for brunch @ 10am and then head off towards Eastern Washington!
Saturday evening we'll meet up with my G/F Michelle and her husby in Mountain Home Idaho and then off to Beau's Uncle's place where we'll stay the night.  The next morning we'll drive out to John's new home in Layton and stay the night there...as well as have a small get together with the Pages, Wilsons and a few others. :)   From there we will spend Sunday driving down to Vegas, stay the night there and then drive into AZ on Tuesday.  WOW....1500 miles!  At least I don't have any pets. LOL!!!

It's kind of crazy...I've been SO busy with SO many things lately...I've hardly had the time to think about my all of this...Between school, the house, wedding, moving....I mean, my whole identity is changing....as quickly as I've just gone through the motions...I'm thinking the feelings are starting to catch up with me and I'm realizing what HUGE steps I'm actually taking. 

And getting married...why is this little "MISS INDEPENDENT" having such a hard time with the getting married part?  I guess I've fought so hard to be where I'm at in life...and struggled to make sure I've got everything I need....I have never relied on anyone to do anything for me...and I certainly wouldn't let someone else drive me around in life because I like being able to leave when and if I need to.  So does this spell SINGLE?  Gosh...this sounds more like a journal entry...and not for the public. LOL!!!

All in all, I know everything will be okay...and life will sort itself out...but for now....I'm freakin' out. LOL! :)
